Matt Riddle already wasn't a favorite of British fans after he referred to their countryman as "butter-toothed Brits" in calling out Dan Hardy after UFC 149.
He likely didn't earn any new fans in the United Kingdom after his UFC on Fuel 7 performance in London on Saturday, either.
The Las Vegas-based welterweight went to his wrestling early and often and scored a dominant victory over Gloucester's Che Mills. Riddle took Mills down early and often to roll to victory. Riddle got scores of 29-28 and 30-27, while the other judge scored an utterly inexplicable 29-28 in favor of Mills.
Riddle absolutely dominated the first two rounds with his wrestling. Mills finally showed some life in the third, throwing a few bombs in the standup and scoring top position on the ground late, but he couldn't do anything with it.
Riddle improved to 7-3 (1 no-contest). Mills is now 15-4, 2-2 in the UFC.
