Round 1: Kevin Mulhall is your ref. Opening minute looks just like their first two fights, darting in and out of range and scoring points where they can. Fisher lands a crisp left around the two-minute mark. Stout slips, right back to his feet, lands a left. Stout gets a takedown with about two minutes left. Stalemate for awhile before Fisher lands a couple elbows. One minute left, Stout continuing with occasional short elbows in Fisher's guard. Back to their feet with 45 seconds left. Stout with a double-leg takedown, Fisher back to his feet. Stout with a body kick, Fisher with a spinning back kick at the horn. MMAFighting scores round one for Sam Stout, 10-9.

Round 2: Fisher connecting on counterpunches in the early going. A clinch about 90 seconds in. Fisher whiffs on a spinning back fist. Still standing. Midway through, it's either fighter's round. Still standing with a minute left. Mulhall calls time after a Fisher kick lands low. Stout with a takedown, one minute left. This won't go down as the most classic round of the trilogy. MMAFighting scores the round for Sam Stout, 10-9 (20-18 overall).

Round 3: Fisher shows urgency early, landing a standing elbow and a right hook. Both guys landing shots, neither with a clear advantage. Two minutes in. Still a boxing match, at least until Stout lands a solid body kick. Stout with a front kick. Midway through. Stout with a double-leg takedown. Takedowns likely to make the difference in the fight. Two minutes left. Stout scores a second takedown with a minute left. Mulhall curiously re-stands them with 30 seconds left. They're winging punches late. Both guys cut open. MMAFighting scores the round for Sam Stout, 10-9 (30-27 overall).
