Amaury Bitetti
A UFC vet who competed in MMA from 1995 to 2001. A Carlson Gracie black belt, Bitetti was also a two time world BJJ Absolute Division champion in 1996 and 1997. Since leaving MMA he has started one of Brazil's most recognized MMA promotions, Bitetti Combat.
