Fred Ettish

UFC vet. who competed professionally from 1994 to 2009. One of the most maligned fighters in MMA history Ettish is known primarily for his loss to Johnny Rhodes at UFC 2. He is a black belt Karateka who was part of the fight team for one of the other combatants in the UFC 2 tournament. Rorion Gracie grabbed him backstage and asked him to fight as a last second substitute for Frank Hamaker after Hamaker injured his arm. Despite his poor experience at UFC 2 Ettish has gone on to open his own MMA gym as a branch of the Miletich Fighting System
