Art Jimmerson
UFC competitor at UFC 1. A reasonably successful pro boxer. Jimmerson was a national Gold Gloves champion as an amateur boxer in 1983. He is notable for fighting with one boxing glove in his UFC 1 debut against Royce Gracie. While he only competed once in MMA he continued his pro boxing career until 2002.
