Karo Parisyan

A former WEC welterweight champion, Karo Parisyan is known by most MMA fans as an enormous talent who has seen potential wasted by personal issues. Considered a championship contender for years, eventually Karo's biggest struggles came outside of the cage as he struggled with painkiller addiction and emotional problems that led to a win over Dong Hyun Kim being overturned for a positive drug test and multiple last minute withdrawls from fights. Eventually Parisyan was unceremoniously cut from the UFC but will return to the promotion at UFC 123.
