Werdum is coming off the biggest win of his professional career after defeating the legendary Fedor Emelianenko in June 2010. Overeem will look to avenge his loss to Werdum dating back to a previous fight in 2006 for Japan's PRIDE promotion. Werdum emerged victorious after submitting Overeem with a kimura arm lock.
