Jake Paul (6-0) faces a professional boxer for the first time in his career. He is coming of a unanimous decision victory over former UFC champion Anderson Silva this past October.
Tommy Fury (8-0) is the half-brother of boxing legend Tyson Fury. Fury hasn’t fought since this past April when he defeated Daniel Bocianski via points.

Bader Samreen vs. Viorel Simion
Round 1: Samreen and Simion both quick to take the center. Samreen patient before opening with a combo that finishes to the body. Samreen punches his way out of the corner and goes to the body again. Simion having trouble with his entries. He ramps up the aggression but eats a counter during Samreen flurry and there’s a knockdown. Simion struggles to get up, the referee calls it!

Muhsin Cason vs. Taryel Jafarov
Round 1: Cason opens with jabs to the body and then sends an overhand right crashing into Jafarov’s jaw! That escalated. We have a count and Jafarov is able to answer. A Cason jab staggers Jafarov. This isn’t looking good for him. Cason headhunting now. Cason going to the body, trying to open Jafarov up again. It looks like Jafarov is still getting his bearings. He’s working to get in close, but Cason’s combinations are keeping him back. Cason corners Jafarov. Right hand connects for Cason. He’s connecting with the jab at will. Jafarov swings and catches air. Cason goes to the body as Jafarov backs up.

Ziyad Almaayouf vs. Ronald Martinez
Round 1: Almaayouf coming out firing, he backs Martinez up to the ropes with straight punches. Almaayouf just throwing haymakers before finally settling into his jab. Martinez looking for an opening to counter, but Almaayouf is all over him. The action moves to the center of the ring with Almaayouf still looking to land power punches. Neither fighter having much success connecting with a big shot. Almaayouf with a right hand as Martinez misses. Martinez with a nice right uppercut. He’s having more success with his counters now. Martinez advances with a combination. Martinez with a glancing right hand. Almaayouf catches Martinez with a jab as he ducks in. Hard right by Martinez and Almaayouf stumbles back, that’s a knockdown. He answers the bell and lands a right hand of his own. Great back-and-forth round of action!

Round 2: Almaayouf starts out aggressive again and Martinez catches him with another counter right. Almaayouf doubles up on the jab, but Martinez hits him with a right uppercut. Almaayouf having sucess with his jab when he’s not getting countered. Martinez ducks and goes to the body. Almaayouf keeps his jab in Martinez’s face. Two hard right hands score for Almaayouf. More jabs from Almaayouf, followed by a hard left hook. Almaayouf wins an exchange with a straight right to close the round.

Round 3: Martinez circles way as Almaayouf pursues. They’re both throwing hard in close, Almaayouf creates some space with his jab. Martinez lands a right and Almaayouf answers with more jabs on the button. Right hand over the top by Almaayouf. Hard jab backs Martinez to the ropes. Martinez lunges in with an uppercut. Almaayouf scores with another right. He’s getting that right over Martinez’s defense consistently now. Jab-jab from Almaayouf. Martinez looking to land that perfect counter, but Almaayouf is staying out of the way of that uppercut. Martinez with a quick 1-2 combination.

He gets a flurry going and Martinez grabs him to slow him down. Right hand by Almaayouf hurts Martinez. Big 1-2 connects for Almaayouf. Martinez has slowed down a lot and Almaayouf smells blood. Round 1: Jack takes center and starts probing with his jab. Both fighters with a cautious start. Makabu with a left to the body and then a looping right hook. Nothing big landed through the first minute. Jack with a good right to the body. Jack scores with a jab, then a right to the body. Makabu answers with a right hook to the body. Makabu to the body again. Short uppercut for Jack touches Makabu’s chin. Not a ton to score there.

Round 2: Makabu with a quick swipe to the body. Jack deflects a jab as they jockey for position in the center of the ring. Jack with a good left hook to the body. Right hook scores for Jack. Makabu keeps trying to snipe the body, but can’t follow up. Jack goes to the body now. Makabu attacks the body as Jack circles away. Another right to the body lands for Jack. Makabu ups the volume with 15 seconds left in the round, Jack’s defense holding up.

Makabu tags Jack with a short right. Left hand by Jack sends Makabu tumbling head over heels! Looks like he got caught off-balance, a clear knockdown though. Jack stays patient after Makabu answers the count. He’s testing Makabu with his jab. Quick right from Jack and he just misses with a heavier follow-up.

Makabu staying busy, a left hand glances Makabu’s chin. Jack pops him with a right. Makabu scores with a jab. Makabu firing off single shots, Jack staying slippery. We’re on to Round 6.

Round 6: Jack slips in another good right hand. Makabu is having a difficult time getting a bead on him even as he continues to pump his jab. Left scores for Makabu. Makabu firing away and Jack just smirks at him.

The body work is there for Makabu, but Jack keeps catching him with head shots. Nice combination by Jack in close. Jabs from Jack put more points on the board for him.

Round 8: Makabu coming out more lively to start Round 8. Jack sets up a straight right beautifully. Jack with a counter jab as Makabu attempts to swarm. Makabu slips in a good uppercut in close. Overhand right for Jack connects. Then another. Makabu on the defensive now. They trade jabs. Makabu smacks a couple of jabs off the top of Jack’s head. Left hook scores for Makabu. There’s a couple of lefts by Makabu to end the round.

Round 9: Jack utilizing a lot of side-to-side movement to frustrate Makabu. Right to the body by Jack. He tags a stationary Makabu with a sequence of short punches. Jack lands a couple of jabs, but Makabu twice avoids a big follow-up punch. Great right by Makabu catches a lunging Jack. Makabu combo scores, Jack answers with a right to the body. Jack fires an overhand right. Jack lands two good shots but eats a counter right just before the bell. Fun round!

Round 10: Jack content to work off the ropes. He retakes center and circles as Makabu hunts with his jab. Jack with a couple of good right hangs. He fights his way off the ropes and retakes center with Jack bouncing on his feet as he continues to circle. Jack has Makabu firing wild. Makabu with a couple of good right hands. Jack rips a right to the body. Makabu’s hands low as Jack clips him with a few punches. Big uppercut from Jack. Jack opens up and he has Makabu covering up against the ropes again. This is turning into a phone-booth fight.

Round 11: Jack letting his hands go to start Round 11 and he catches Makabu with a hard shot for the second knockdown of the fight! Makabu answers the count, but he is hurt. A right to the body has Makabu covering up. Makabu firing back, but Jack looks to have the timing. Jack with a left hook that bangs off the side of Makabu’s head. Jack lights Makabu up with a three-punch combo. He’s moving with extra swagger now. Makabu lands a left hand. Jack just out-punching him in this round though.

Round 12: Both fighters meeting in the center of the ring, throwing body shots. Jack more accurate with the head punches as they exchange early. Makabu’s team knows he needs a knockout. Jack defending well and he lands a monster right on Makabu. Makabu stumbling to the ropes, he’s hurt bad. Jack swarms and the referee has seen enough. We have a new WBC champion.
