UFC Vegas 37 weigh-in results: Anthony Smith, Ryan Spann on weight for main event, one fighter misses

Anthony Smith and Ryan Spann are a go for Saturday night.

The light heavyweight contenders successfully made weight for the UFC Vegas 37 main event, which takes place at UFC APEX in Las Vegas. Both made use of the one-pound allowance for non-title fights, with Smith tipping the scales at 205.5 pounds and Spann at 206 pounds.

All but one of the 28 fighters competing tomorrow made weight, with the lone miss being lightweight Rong Zhu.

Rong weighed in at 158 pounds, two pounds over the limit for his preliminary bout with Brandon Jenkins. Per the UFC, the bout will proceed at a catchweight with Rong forfeiting 20 percent of his purse to Jenkins.
