The Ultimate Fighter 29 finals will now be an all Team Volkanovski affair.

UFC President Dana White told TMZ Sports that TUF 29 middleweight finalist Tresean Gore (3-0) has been forced to withdraw from his fight with Bryan Battle (5-1) at UFC Vegas 35 on Aug. 28 due to a knee injury.

Stepping in for Gore is the fighter he defeated in the tournament semifinals, Gilbert Urbina (6-1). The winner of Battle-Urbina will earn a UFC contract and be crowned the middleweight champion of the latest season of the long-running reality show .

In the bantamweight finals, Ricky Turcios (10-2) fights Brady Hiestand (5-1).

Gore was the lone representative of TUF 29 coach Brian Ortega. Battle, Urbina, Turcios, and Hiestand were all selected by Alexander Volkanovski.

White also told TMZ that Gore will be booked for a future UFC card, though he wasn’t sure if a matchup with Battle would still be in the cards.

“Brutal for this poor kid, you know,” White said. “But, what we’ll do is when Tresean Gore is healthy, does he fight Bryan Battle if Bryan wins the fight? You know, I don’t know. We’ll see how this thing plays out. But, yeah, Gore is out.”

Volkanovski is set to defend his featherweight title against Ortega in the main event of UFC 266 on Sept. 25 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
