Round 1

McKee attacks the lead leg early to get us started with Mike Beltran overseeing the action. Respect early on, and McKee has the center of the cage and is holding position. He goes higher with a kick, and Pitbull slaps him with the same low. Feints from McKee, who inches forward slowly. Head kick stuns Pitbull, and he drops to the canvas. McKee begins to celebrate, but referee doesn’t stop it, so he jumps on a guillotine choke. He cranks for dear life until Pitbull is out, and we have a new Bellator featherweight champ and a winner of the grand prix. Phenomenal performance. The hype is real. From newcomer to champ, undefeated and now champion.
