Aung La N Sang didn’t stay losing for long.
Entering Friday’s ONE Championship: Battleground event on just the second losing streak of his 16-year career, former two-division champion Aung La N Sang got back in the win column with an explosive first-round knockout of Leandro Ataides in Singapore.

Aung La N Sang unleashed a barrage of strikes to secure the stoppage at the 3:45 mark of round one, snapping a two-fight skid and bringing his pro record to 27-12 (1 NC). This is Aung La N Sang’s first win since October 2019. In his past two outings, he dropped both his 205-pound title and his 225-pound title to Reinier de Ridder.
Also featured Saturday, 17-year-old strawweight prospect Victoria Lee—the sister of ONE Champions Angela Lee and Christian Lee—improved to 2-0 as a pro with a first-round armbar of Wang Luping.
