UFC Vegas 32 weigh-in results: T.J. Dillashaw on point for return fight

T.J. Dillashaw is officially back at bantamweight.

The former UFC champion stepped to the scales at 136 pounds at Friday’s official morning weigh-ins for UFC Vegas 32, which takes place Saturday at UFC APEX in Las Vegas. Opponent Cory Sandhagen, currently No. 3 in MMA Fighting’s Global Rankings, also successfully weighed in at 136 pounds.

This is Dillashaw’s first fight since January 2019, when he dropped down to 125 pounds for a champion vs. champion fight with Henry Cejudo. Cejudo defeated Dillashaw by TKO in just 32 seconds and Dillashaw later received a two-year suspension from the USADA when he tested positive for recombinant human erythropoietin (EPO). Dillashaw competes at bantamweight for the first time since August 2018.

All 22 fighters competing on Saturday’s card successfully made weight, including co-main event bantamweights Kyler Phillips and Raulian Paiva. Phillips and Paiva were elevated to the co-headlining spot when a scheduled bantamweight bout between Aspen Ladd and Macy Chiasson was cancelled due to an injury to Chiasson.
