Julia Avila and Julija Stoliarenko are getting another chance to step into the octagon against one another.

MMA Fighting confirmed with sources with knowledge of the matchup that Avila (8-2) and Stoliarenko (9-4-1) will fight on June 26 in a bantamweight bout at a UFC APEX event in Las Vegas. The two were originally scheduled to compete on a March 30 card, but the bout was removed from the lineup when Stoliarenko fainted on the scale at the official weigh-ins a day prior.

Stoliarenko announced the new booking on her Instagram on Tuesday.

Following her weigh-in scare in March, Stoliarenko said on Instagram that she was fine afterwards and that the main problem may have been that she was on weight too far ahead of time, leaving her drained.

“The problem was not my weight cut, and actually I want to say that it was one of the easiest weight cuts in my career, and weight was dropping too fast,” Stoliarenko said. “The main issue, I think, was that I made weight too early.”

Avila looks to rebound from her first UFC loss, a unanimous decision to Sijara Eubanks in September. She began her UFC career with a pair of victories, including a 22-second TKO of Gina Mazany.

Stoliarenko is a former Invicta FC bantamweight champion and contestant on The Ultimate Fighter 28. In her return to the UFC this past August, she lost a unanimous decision to Yana Kunitskaya.
