Bruno Cappelozza is a violent, violent man.
The 32-year-old Brazilian continues to be a wrecking ball through PFL’s 2021 heavyweight season. After scoring a 46-second knockout of Ante Delija last month, Cappelozza repeated the favor in thunderous fashion on Friday with a first-round destruction of Muhammed DeReese at PFL 6.
Cappelozza dominated the bout from the opening bell, including a highlight-reel slam in the first few exchanges.

Cappelozza’s masterpiece hit its crescendo halfway through the opening round as he swarmed DeReese with punches, leading to a delayed knockdown after DeReese attempted a counter right hand. For his pièce de résistance, Cappelozza blasted his foe with a savage head kick that brought a halt to the action at 2:21 of round one.
