A welterweight fight pitting Tim Means against Danny Roberts has been pulled from the UFC Vegas 29 card scheduled to take place this Saturday at UFC APEX in Las Vegas.
UFC officials confirmed the news to MMA Fighting on Tuesday.
Roberts was pulled from the card due to COVID-19 protocols and he’ll have to wait until a later date to book his next appearance in the octagon.
It’s expected that Means will get a new opponent with a rescheduled fight in the coming weeks. There’s no word on when Roberts will return to action.
Means teased on Twitter that he will have new fight news coming soon.
I will not be fighting the 19th. New fight news on the way.
