Bruno Silva had a very short and impressive day at the office on Saturday at the UFC APEX.
Silva faced Victor Rodriguez on the preliminary card of UFC Vegas 27 and used a powerful striking display to hurt, and eventually finish his opponent in exactly one minute of the opening round.

Silva stung Rodriguez with a right hand and a knee in the clinch before a massive right hand floored him forcing the referee to make an easy decision and stop the fight.
Following the win, “Bulldog” held up a sign asking Dana White for a $75,000 bonus, and then turned his attention to Rogerio Bonterin, whom he called out in his post-fight interview with Paul Felder.
The 31-year-old earned his second consecutive stoppage win, and his fourth first-round finish of his career. Rodriguez has now been knocked out in spectacular fashion in both of his octagon appearances, including being on the receiving end of a highlight-reel head kick KO by Adrian Yanez in October.
