UFC Vegas 27 weigh-in results: Rob Font, Cody Garbrandt set for main event, one fight sees last-second change

Rob Font and Cody Garbrandt are good to go for Saturday night.

The bantamweight contenders successfully made weight for the UFC Vegas 27 main event at Friday’s official weigh-ins, with Font coming in at 136 pounds and Garbrandt at 135.5 pounds. Strawweight co-headliners Yan Xiaonan and Carla Esparza were also on point, both at 116 pounds.

Twenty-six fighters weighed in Friday morning with only one miss, last-second replacement Juancamilo Ronderos. The UFC newcomer has been brought in to fight David Dvorak as a replacement for Raulian Paiva after Paiva was hospitalized due to weight cut complications.

According to the UFC, the Dvorak-Ronderos bout will proceed at a catchweight with Ronderos forfeiting 20 percent of his purse for the miss.
