On a two-fight skid, Jai Herbert rebounded in a big way with a first-round stoppage of Khama Worthy on the UFC Vegas 41 prelims.
A head kick and flurry of punches sent a woozy Worthy to the canvas, and a few more shots gave Herbert the win at the 2:47 mark of the opening frame at UFC APEX in Las Vegas.
Check out the finish below.

Herbert felt the pressure to perform facing the chopping block, but Worthy also upped the urgency with a steady stream of calf kicks that produced a visible result. A right hand from Worthy also motivated the Brit to start firing back. It wasn’t until he let his first combination go, however, that his striking paid the ultimate dividend.
Worthy tried to shoot his way out of danger, but as he lolled about on the canvas, it was clear he was out of the fight.
Herbert’s gain is Worthy’s loss as the American suffers his third straight stoppage loss.
