#TBT making weight for my last fight during this crazy times. Have you ever had to drop 15/20 pounds in your life? Yes, us fighters get it done at least 20 times in our life time. You know what feels like not being able to eat or drink water for days? Yes we have to do this every time. I call it the ability to starve your body for food and water in order to do something great in life to evolve as a human being. That’s what my sport does to me. I am passionate about the human growth, it’s a beautiful long painful process. And it’s so damn worth.
