An injury has forced Ian Heinisch out of the upcoming UFC Fight Night card on June 27.
In his place, newcomer Kyle Daukaus is expected to face Brendan Allen in a middleweight fight.
Multiple sources confirmed the news to MMA Fighting following an initial report from Ryan Frederick on Twitter.
Daukaus comes to the UFC with a perfect 9-0 record with the majority of his fights taking place in Cage Fury Fighting Championships. Out of his nine wins, Daukaus has finished eight of his opponents by submission.
He will face stiff competition for his short notice debut with Allen coming into the fight off six straight wins including back-to-back finishes in the UFC over Kevin Holland and Tom Breese.
The upcoming UFC card on June 27 will be headlined by a lightweight fight between former interim champion Dustin Poirier and Dan Hooker.
