Jared Gordon clears up misconceptions on recent fight offer: ‘I’m not gonna sell my soul’

Jared Gordon was preparing to face Matt Sayles at the UFC’s May 16 event before his opponent pulled out of the fight. Check out this exclusive interview with Gordon as he reveals why he ultimately turned down the matchup, discusses whether or not the UFC will look for a different opponent for the event, his celebration of four-plus years of sobriety, how the COVID-19 pandemic could impact those in recovery, finding out his former drug dealer passed away recently, and his close friendship with UFC welterweight Belal Muhammad.
