Cage Warriors secure ‘private location’ to host ‘multiple fight cards’

Dolly Clew, Cage Warriors

Cage Warriors president Graham Boylan has claimed that he has secured a “private location” that will be used to host “multiple Cage Warriors fight cards”.

The European promotion made international headlines last month when it went forward with Cage Warriors 113 in Manchester, England despite the vast majority of sports events being canceled across the world due to the coronavirus.

Although the promotion canceled its upcoming shows in Birmingham (April 18) and Belfast (May 16), Boylan has now claimed that the promotion is ready to “push the button” on a number of events after finding a “private location” to host them from.

Taking to Twitter, the Cage Warriors chief said the following:

“Arena shows with fans I don’t believe will happen for months, that won’t stop the team & I providing a platform for our fighters to compete. Private location sorted to hold multiple Cage Warriors fight cards. I’ll push the button when the time is right & the fighters are ready.”
