Bellator has added a number of preliminary bouts to its May 16 London card which will see James Gallagher and Cal Ellenor lock horns in the main event, including a meeting of European stalwarts Robert Whiteford and Saul Rogers.
The promotion announced the fights via press release on Tuesday morning.
The newly announced fights are as follows:
- Alfie Davis vs. Tim Wilde
- Saul Rogers vs. Robert Whiteford
- Aiden Lee vs. Jeremy Petley
- Luke Trainer vs. Alex O’Toole
- George Tokkos vs. Andy Manzolo
- Akonne Wanliss vs. Charlie Leary
Whiteford (16-4-0) is coming of an emotional return to the sport which saw him claim a last-second stoppage over fellow UFC fighter Sam Sicilia. Former TUF alum Rogers (13-3-0) is coming off his first loss with the promotion after he dropped a decision to perennial title challenger Daniel Weichel at Bellator 228.
Alfie Davis (13-3-0) will look to make it four wins in four outings with Bellator when he meets Tim Wilde (13-4-0) who recently got back to winning ways with a decision nod over Charlie Leary following his quick gogoplata loss to Brent Primus in the main event of Bellator Birmingham.
Former Cage Warriors title contender Aidan Lee (8-4-0) will look to record back-to-back victories for Bellator on the night when he faces Jeremy Petley (13-8-1).
