Henry Cejudo vs. Jose Aldo might not be the only title fight scheduled for UFC 250 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on May 9, as two-division champion Amanda Nunes also aims to be part of the pay-per-view card.

Nunes, who holds the UFC bantamweight and featherweight titles, wants to defend the 145-pound crown in her native country next, multiple sources confirmed to MMA Fighting following a report from Combate.

The contender could emerge from Saturday’s UFC Norfolk, since there are two featherweight contests scheduled for the main card of the Fight Night show in Virginia. Felicia Spencer meets Zarah Faim in the co-main event slot, while former Invicta FC titleholder Megan Anderson welcomes undefeated newcomer Norma Dumont.

Nunes (19-4) won the featherweight championship by knocking out Cris Cyborg in just 51 seconds in Dec. 2018, and went back to her original weight class to defend her second belt against Holly Holm and Germaine de Randamie in 2019.
