The UFC is coming back to Dublin.
Officials announced Thursday that the promotion is returning to Ireland’s capital for a Fight Night show on Aug. 15 at 3Arena.
No bouts have been announced for the card as of yet.
This will be the UFC’s fourth trip to Dublin and first since Oct. 24, 2015. That show was headlined by a flyweight bout between Ireland’s Paddy Holohan and short-notice replacement Louis Smolka.
Before that, the city hosted what is still regarded as a landmark event for the UFC when Conor McGregor headlined against Diego Brandao at a Fight Night show on July 19, 2014. It was the last time that McGregor would fight in his native Ireland.
The UFC’s first visit to Dublin was a pay-per-view event Jan. 17, 2009, UFC 93, which featured a light heavyweight main event between Dan Henderson and Rich Franklin, with Mauricio Rua and Mark Coleman in the co-main event spot.
Tickets for UFC Dublin go on sale to the general public on June 26.
