Bellator 238 has lost some star power.

MMA Fighting confirmed with officials that Dillon Danis and Khonry Gracie have been forced to withdraw from Bellator 238 due to injury, following an initial report by the Orange County Register. The event is scheduled to take place at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., on Jan. 25.

There is no plan to book replacements for Danis and Gracie and their respective opponents, Kegan Gennrich and Hector Saldana, will be paid their show money.

Danis, known for his Brazilian jiu-jitsu expertise and brash persona, was looking to improve to 3-0 in his pro MMA career. The 26-year-old previously recorded first-round submission wins over Max Humphrey and Kyle Walker.

Gracie, just 22, was also in position to earn his third win in MMA. A member of the illustrious Gracie family and the son of the Royce Gracie, Khonry has won two straight after losing a decision in his pro debut two years ago at Bellator 192.
