#flexfriday Most of my Friday’s consist of two hours of drilling (wrestling and grappling) followed by hitting mitts. Then Grab some food and go to strength training (right now is more conditioning). Followed by a run to finish my day. I have a lot of weird and RANDOM rules/goals I tell myself I have to do.... and one of them is... any time I have the sledge hammer as part of my workout...... I must finish the workout and after I’m done I have to go and just do a finisher of 100 hits for “extra credit”. It’s just a goal I have always made myself do... and today consisted of sledge hammers so here is my finisher. It was close to 3 minutes so I just posted the first minute and last minute. However, 10 seconds of it shows exactly what I do for 3 minutes lol so no need to watch the whole thing.

After 7 weeks my body transformation is nuts. Talk about muscle memory. Training 3x a day 5 days a week, eating clean and @eggwhites247 on my diet. The hard work is paying off.
