Two new featherweight bouts have been added to UFC Mexico City.

Polo Reyes vs. Kyle Nelson and Martin Bravo vs. Steven Peterson are the latest additions to the card that’s set to go down on Sept. 21 at the Mexico City Arena in Mexico City, Mexico. The promotion recently announced the news.

Reyes will be making his 145-pound debut in the promotion, dropping down from lightweight. Reyes is on a two-fight skid and will be looking to improve his 4-3 record inside the UFC. He last fought in June where he suffered a technical knockout loss to Drew Dober.

Reyes’ opponent, Nelson, is in similar situation. The Canadian fighter will be looking to snap a two-fight losing streak that marks his entire run in the UFC. Nelson, 28, is 12-3 in his MMA career.

In the other featherweight bout, Bravo will be returning to the Octagon for the first time in over a year. The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 3 champion last fought in July of 2018 where he lost a split decision to veteran Alex Caceres. Bravo is 1-2 in the UFC.

Meanwhile, Peterson is also coming off a loss to Caceres at last month’s UFC on ESPN 4. The 29-year-old fighter is 1-3 since joining the promotion.
