Round 1: The referee for this bout is Herb Dean. Miller throws a head kick and Guida makes him pay with a counter-punch that momentarily causes Miller to stumble. He recovers and they start exchanging punches, Guida shoots in. Miller immediately attacks with the guillotine. It’s tight and Dean has to check Guida’s hand... he’s out!
