A flyweight bout between Ariane Lipski and Priscila Cachoeira is the first addition to UFC’s upcoming event in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on Nov. 16, sources told MMA Fighting. Combate first reported the match-up.

It’s the seventh time the UFC hosts a Fight Night event at the Ibirapuera gymnasium in Sao Paulo since its first trip to Brazil’s largest city in 2013.

Lipski (11-5) joined the UFC as the KSW flyweight champion and victorious in her last nine bouts, but now has her back against the wall after losing decisions to Joanne Calderwood and Molly McCann in 2019. “The Violence Queen” won eight by knockout or submission before signing with the UFC.

Cachoeira (8-3) was thrown at the wolves in her Octagon debut, losing to future 125-pound champion Valentina Shevchenko by second-round submission. After a long layoff to fix knee injuries sustained against Shevchenko, “Pedrita” returned with decision defeats to McCann and Luana Carolina earlier this year.
