It was always a foregone conclusion that Gallagher would end up with a spot on the upcoming card in Ireland after he earned a unanimous decision victory in his most recent fight against Jeremiah Labiano at Bellator 223 in June.
Gallagher has now bounced back with two straight wins following a stunning knockout loss to Ricky Bandejas last year.
Meanwhile, Ellenor comes into the fight with an 8-2 record including a submission win in his Bellator debut earlier this year. Ellenor put away Nathan Greyson by first round rear naked choke, which put him back in the win column following a loss in his previous contest before joining the Bellator roster.
Ellenor will obviously be stepping into enemy territory facing Gallagher in Ireland as he looks to pull off the upset in the bantamweight matchup.
More fights will be added to the Bellator Dublin card in the coming weeks.
