UFC 238: Cejudo vs. Moraes took place June 8 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. Former UFC interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson (25-3) squared off against Donald Cerrone (36-12, 1 no-contest) on the main card, which aired live on ESPN+ pay-per-view. Catch more video highlights below.

Round 1: The people’s main event gets underway with an inside leg kick from Cowboy. Ferguson is pressing the issue early, not allowing Cowboy to settle his feet. Cerrone counters by pumping the jab. The jab is landing but Ferguson is staying in his face. Tony gets a little shifty in the center and Donald responds with a leg kick. Ferguson stops funning and eats a combination from Cerrone that stuns him! Now they are throwing in the center with Cowboy getting the better of it. Ferguson lands a leaping elbow that is good and he’s also walking Cerrone into a counter jab. Ferguson lands a left hand left high kick combo. Cerrone lands a good left hand. Ferguson is starting to really press the action but Cowboy counters with a big combination! Ferguson is cut over is right eye and Cerrone lands a head kick that snaps Ferguson’s head back. Good body kick from Cerrone and some good left hands from Ferguson. Cerrone is winning the round but may be losing the war as Ferguson is coming on strong. Ferguson starts jabbing and Cerrone backs him up with a combination. Ferguson has landed a number of good front kicks to the body. A left hand from Cerrone hurts Ferugon and Ferguson is stumbling but now Ferguson rifles some from kicks before the round ends. A close round that could go either way but Cerrone edges it for hurting Ferguson at the end.

Round 2: Ferguson nearly sprints across the cage to start the round and a jab has Cowboy backing up. Ferguson lands a good front kick that hurts Cerrone. He’s really starting to attack Cowboy’s body and Cerrone is in retreat mode. Ferguson is feeling himself now with shifty dance moves that draws out a good combination from Cerrone. Cowboy is now bleeding out of his nose but still fighting well. A left hand from Ferguson snaps Cowboy’s head back. Ferguson whiffs on a spinning elbow. Cerrone’s nose is bleeding heavily now. Ferguson lands a back elbow. A great combination from Cerrone scores but Ferguson is clearly starting to pull away now. Cerrone gets Fergusons back and secures a takedown but Ferguson gets right back up. Cerrone’s eyes are both swelling up. Cerrone lands a head kick but Ferguson shakes it off. Ferguson is really piling up shots now. Good leg kick from Cerrone but Ferguson is relentless. Great standing elbow from Ferguson. Ferguson lands his best punch of the fight, a right hand after the horn. Could warrant a point deduction but he doesn’t have that happen and Ferguson got away with one.

Round 3: Cerrone has made a huge error. He blew his nose and now his right eye has blown up and is completely shut. This fight is over and now we are going to the replay to see if that final strike caused the swelling. It did not so this will be a TKO stoppage for Ferguson. Cerrone is unhappy with the call but it is completely the right decision. The crowd is chanting bullsh*t. What a terrible ending to a fun fight.
