“The Boston Finisher” is back to living up to his nickname at UFC 238.
Calvin Kattar picked up the biggest win of his UFC career on Saturday, punching out one-time featherweight title challenger Ricardo Lamas in the first round to kick off the UFC 238 ESPN preliminaries:

After landing a clean 1-2 combination, Kattar (20-3) followed with a flurry of ground-and-pound to force the stoppage at the 4:06 mark of round one. It was the second straight first-round TKO for Kattar, who went without a finish from 2011-2017. Kattar’s last three wins have all come before the final buzzer.
Lamas (19-8), who was fighting in front of a hometown Chicago crowd, fell to just 1-3 in his last four outings after suffering his fifth career KO loss.
