A veteran MMA heavyweight, and an infamous Ultimate Fighter cast member, have been added to Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship’s upcoming show in Florida.
The bare-knuckle boxing promotion announced a trio of bouts Wednesday for BKFC 6, which takes place at Florida State Fairgrounds Expo Hall in Tampa on June 22.
Joey Beltran fights Jamie Campbell, two-time TUF contestant Julian Lane meets Tom Shoaff in a 165-pound catchweight bout, and Brazilian MMA fighter Daniel Santos meets former two-division boxing world champion Randall Bailey at 155 pounds.
In three appearances for BKFC, Beltran is 1-1-1. He has twice boxed MMA lifer Tony Lopez, defeating him by unanimous decision in their first encounter at the inaugural BKFC show last June and then going to a split draw in their rematch the following February. “The Mexicutioner” is perhaps best known for his days competing for the UFC and Bellator.
Lane gained a measure of fame as one of the more volatile personalities on TUF 16 and then later appeared on the TUF 25 “Redemption” season. He is coming off of a second-round KO loss to Leonard Garcia at BKFC 4.
Santos, 24, is 8-1 as a pro MMA fighter, while the 44-year-old Bailey makes his BKFC debut after compiling a 46-9 (39 KOs) record as a boxer with WBO light welterweight and IBF welterweight title wins to his name.
BKFC 6 will be headlined by a grudge match between Paulie Malignaggi and Artem Lobov, and air live on FITE TV pay-per-view.
See the updated card below (bout order to be determined):
