“The Canadian Gangster” has himself another booking in his home country.

For the third straight time, Olivier Aubin-Mercier will compete in Canada when he fights Arman Tsarukyan in a lightweight bout at UFC 240, which takes place at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, on July 27. Officials announced the bout Thursday.

Aubin-Mercier (11-4) is currently on the first two-fight skid of his career. The 30-year-old Quebec native has dropped back-to-back unanimous decisions to Gilbert Burns (in Toronto, Ontario) and Alexander Hernandez (in Calgary, Alberta) after winning seven of his first nine UFC bouts.

In his UFC debut this past April, Tsarukyan (13-2) saw a 12-fight winning streak snapped when he was outpointed by Islam Makhachev in a competitive three-round fight at UFC Saint Petersburg. Just 22 years old, Tsarukyan holds wins over ex-UFC fighters Felipe Olivieri, Junior Assuncao, and Takenori Sato.
