This is The A-Side Live Chat on MMA Fighting.

Today will be Shaun’s final show. He will be joined by MMA Fighting’s Jose Youngs.

The two will talk UFC Rochester, which went down last weekend in the northeast. Rafael dos Anjos defeated Kevin Lee in a back-and-forth affair; did the performance reenter RDA into the title picture? Who should be next for both men? Is the welterweight division the right fit for Lee? What about the latest on Vicente Luque, who kept his win streak alive? And how absurd was Michel Pereira’s UFC debut?

We’ll also speak about the recent press tour for the bareknuckle match between Artem Lobov and Paulie Malignaggi. Did Malignaggi cross the line by spitting on Lobov? Does Lobov stand a chance? Should this fight be considered a guilty pleasure for MMA fans?

We’ll also look ahead to a loaded card at UFC 238, which is fast approaching. Who has the edge in the main event between Henry Cejudo and Marlon Moraes? Is Tony Ferguson (or Donald Cerrone) returning too soon? Should the winner of Tatiana Suarez vs. Nina Ansaroff get the next title shot at Jessica Andrade? What other fights on the card are worth watching?

Also on tap, PFL’s second season continues this Thursday with its featherweight and lightweight tourneys, Sage Northcutt suffered a scary KO loss that left him with a broken face in his ONE debut, Tyron Woodley is out of his rematch against Robbie Lawler (and a litany of welterweight contenders have lobbied to take his place), heavyweight boxer Deontay Wilder scored another absurd knockout, Rashad Evans is the latest inductee into the 2019 UFC Hall of Fame class, plus much more on a busy MMA week.

There is plenty to discuss, so join us to rap on all of the above and much more. As we always say, this is your show, so we will talk about whatever it is you want us to talk about. The chat will start at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.

As always, we’ll post the video window as the event draws near and answer any questions you might have if you post them in the comments below. For the comments you deem the most deserving, please click the “rec” button. Comments in green will get first priority.
