Karolina Kowalkiewicz is already looking to move on from her most recent fight.
Officials announced Tuesday that the one-time strawweight title challenger will take on Alexa Grasso at UFC 238 on June 8 at United Center in Chicago.
The news arrives just 10 days after Kowalkiewicz’s unanimous decision loss to Michelle Waterson at UFC Philadelphia. That was the second straight loss for Kowalkiewicz (12-4) who is just 2-4 since starting her pro career on a 10-fight win streak that vaulted her into a high-profile fight with then-strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk at UFC 205.
Grasso (10-2) has lost two of her last three fights, most recently being submitted in the first round by Tatiana Suarez last May. The 25-year-old is 2-2 inside the Octagon, with decision wins over Randa Markos and Heather Clark.
