UFC Phoenix live blog: Alex Caceres vs. Kron Gracie

This is the UFC Phoenix live blog for Alex Caceres vs. Kron Gracie, a bantamweight bout at Sunday’s UFC event at Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix.

Caceres, who makes his 20th UFC appearance, faces Gracie, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu star who will be competing in his first MMA contest since Dec. 31, 2016, on the main card.

Round 1: Keith Peterson the third man in the cage. Caceres using his length to hold Gracie off early. Gracie with a sharp 1-2 and that has Caceres looking to get out of danger. Gracie marching forward and he gets a body lock, Caceres making sure to fight his hand. Back take by Gracie and he has Caceres on the ground. Body triangle by Gracie.
