Tecia Torres is looking to end her career-worst skid when she competes this upcoming March.

“The Tiny Tornado” faces Mizuki Inoue in a strawweight bout at UFC on ESPN 8 in Columbus, Ohio, on March 28, officials announced Friday.

This will be Torres’s first booking of the new year after a winless 2019 that saw her drop decisions to Marina Rodriguez and Zhang Weili. The 30-year-old’s last four outings have all ended with her on the wrong end of the scorecards and she has not had her hand raised since outpointing Michelle Waterson at UFC 218 in December 2017. Her pro record sits at 10-5.

Inoue (14-5), a one-time Invicta FC strawweight title challenger, was victorious in her UFC debut this past August. She fought Yanan Wu in a 129-pound catchweight bout (originally scheduled for flyweight before Wu came in heavy) and earned a split decision nod to pick up her sixth win in her last seven fights.
