The UFC’s octagon will touch down in Norfolk, Va., for the second time in the first quarter of 2020.
The promotion on Friday announced an event set for Feb. 23 at a Chartway Arena in the Ted Constant Convocation Center, which in November 2017 hosted a UFC Fight Night event.
