Enrique Barzola has his next fight lined up.
The Peruvian fighter has been scheduled to return to the Octagon this month at UFC Singapore against Russia’s Movsar Evloev. The bout is set to be contested at featherweight. The news was first reported by MMA DNA and was later confirmed by both fighters via social media.
Barzola is coming off a decision win over Bobby Moffett at UFC Uruguay in August. “El Fuerte” is 5-1 in his last six UFC bouts and currently training out of AKA in San Jose, Calif.
Meanwhile, Movsar Evloev last fought in April where he managed to have a successful UFC debut by outpointing Seung Woo Choi at UFC St. Petersburg. He’s undefeated with a record of 11-0.
UFC Singapore takes place on Oct. 26 at at Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore. A welterweight matchup between top grapplers Demian Maia and Ben Askren is set to headline the card.
