Round 1: The referee for this main card opener is Jim Perdios. Tafa immediately takes the center of the Octagon and they trade hard shots, landing cleanly. De Castro gets a hold and turns the action to the fence, both guys just narrowly miss haymakers as they separate. They’re back to the clinch, neither fighter getting much of an advantage as they work against the cage. They separate again, Tafa lunges in and eats a massive right hand! He is out COLD.
