Demian Maia scored one of the biggest submissions of his MMA career on Saturday morning.
The Brazilian grappling standout choked out Ben Askren unconscious in the main event of UFC Singapore. Maia pulled off the submission deep into the third round, shocking the MMA community. The 41-year-old fighter is now on a 3-0 run and managed to improve his record to 28-9.
