Antonio Arroyo has a new opponent for UFC Sao Paulo. Again.

The Brazilian middleweight will now face fellow two-time Contender Series winner Andre Muniz at the Ibirapuera gymnasium on Nov. 16, the company announced.

Arroyo was originally scheduled to face Kevin Holland in Brazil, but “Trail Blazer” was moved to a different card. Arroyo has been posted on social media that he was going to meet Alessio Di Chirico instead, but the UFC announced on Thursday that his opponent is Muniz.

Muniz (18-4) competed twice in the Contender Series show, defeating Bruno Assis via decision in Aug. 2018 and then submitted Taylor Johnson a year later. “Sergipano”, who holds a win over former PRIDE star and WEC champion Paulo Filho, won 12 of his last 13 fights.

Arroyo (9-2) also entered the Octagon twice at the Contender Series to convince UFC president Dana White to give him a contract. In his first appearance, Arroyo beat Diego Henrique via decision. Eleven months later, he tapped Stephen Regman with an arm-triangle choke.
