Donald Cerrone has been calling for a fight with Conor McGregor for months, and it looks like “The Notorious” is interested in taking part in one of the veteran’s classic brawls.
“Cowboy” was engaged in another Fight of the Night contender at UFC Brooklyn against Alexander Hernandez on Saturday and after finishing Hernandez with strikes in the second round, he reiterated that he’s still chasing a fight with McGregor.
The former lightweight and featherweight champion issued a response on Twitter:
For a fight like that Donald, I’ll fight you.

Congratulations.
“For a fight like that Donald, I’ll fight you,” McGregor wrote. “Congratulations.”
While it remains to be seen if Cerrone’s performance was actually enough to get McGregor to sign on to the dotted line for a future fight, Cerrone at least knows for sure that he has the UFC superstar’s attention.
