Frank Camacho was looking to make history with a fourth consecutive Fight of the Night award to start his UFC career, but Geoff Neal had other plans.
Neal, a Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series contract winner, scored one of the best knockouts of the year with a rocking head kick at UFC 228 on Saturday in Dallas.

The welterweight bout had already been going in Neal’s favor as he was able to land a left hand consistently in round one, which caused Camacho to revert into berserker mode in the second period. Neal made him pay for his aggression, timing a kick perfectly to put Camacho down for the count at the 1:23 mark of round two.
Neal (10-2) has finished six of his last seven fights now, while Camacho (21-7) has lost three of his four fights inside the Octagon.
