Viviane Pereira has a new place to call home.

Less than a week after “Sucuri” announced on social media that she had parted ways with the UFC after completing her four-fight deal, sources told MMA Fighting that Pereira has signed a multi-fight deal with Invicta FC.

The company has yet to set a date for her promotional debut.

Pereira (13-2) was signed by the UFC in 2016 as an undefeated Brazilian strawweight, scoring a win over former title contender Valerie Letourneau in her Octagon debut and then improving to 13-0 in MMA with a decision victory against Jamie Moyle.

A pair of decision losses to TUF 23 winner Tatiana Suarez and Xiaonan Yan in her final UFC appearances led the promotion to not sign her to a new deal.

The MTK Global MMA fighter joins the Invicta FC strawweight division that currently has fellow Brazilian Virna Jandiroba as champion.
