Muhammed De’Reese faceplants Leroy Johnson with thunderous knee KO at PFL 7

Muhammed De’Reese made up for lost time.

Competing for the first time since a 2016 exhibition loss on The Ultimate Fighter 23, “Da Beast” scored a thunderous first-round knockout over fellow heavyweight prospect Leroy Johnson on Thursday night at PFL 7. Just minutes into the opening round, De’Reese (6-0) sent Johnson (8-3) tumbling to the canvas with a devastating knee to the head.

Johnson stayed down for several minutes following the KO and was subsequently transported to a local hospital.
