With Thursday’s resolution to Conor McGregor’s legal situation, the race is on to land his next fight.

McGregor agreed to a plea deal in a New York City courtroom in which felony charges were dismissed. In exchange, McGregor pled guilty to one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and will undergo five days of community service, an anger management evaluation, and will be required to pay restitution. If he completes the terms of the deal, there will be no criminal record for his actions.

And UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov is first in line for a crack at the former lightweight and featherweight champion.

Nurmagomedov, who was the intended target of McGregor’s van attack in Brooklyn following UFC 223 media day on April 5, put out a simple message on Instagram Thursday, indicating his readiness to fight McGregor: “#SendmeLocation.”

Nurmagomedov’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, upped the ante, saying that his client will will dish out the punishment for the van attack that the justice system didn’t.

“There’s no more talking,” Abdelaziz told MMA Fighting. “This is the Khabib show now. To be honest, the way I feel about it, Conor would be much safer in jail. If this fight happens, the person who would execute the community service is Khabib by giving this ass whooping for the people.”

McGregor has not competed in an MMA bout since his memorable UFC 205 victory over Eddie Alvarez nearly two years ago. Last August, McGregor lost a boxing match to Floyd Mayweather via 10th-round TKO. The 26-0 Nurmagomedov defeated Al Iaquinta at UFC 223 to claim the vacant lightweight belt.
